


The PTFE Seamless Fusing Machine Belt, also known as a seamless conveyor belt, is a high-performance industrial belt. It is manufactured by weaving high-tenacity fiberglass or Kevlar (aramid) yarn into a tubular fabric using specialized circular weaving equipment. This base fabric is then coated with premium PTFE, also known as Teflon. This unique seamless construction eliminates the joints found in traditional belts.
· Seamless Design: Overcomes problems associated with jointed belts, such as poor stability, ruptures, and belt deflection/tracking issues caused by uneven perimeter lengths at the joint.
· Non-Stick Surface: Possesses excellent anti-stick properties, preventing materials from adhering to the belt surface.
· High Temperature Resistance: Can operate continuously in a wide temperature range, typically from -70°C to +260°C.
· Smooth Surface: Features a smooth and delicate surface with no scratches, pin holes, or scars, ensuring even and tight lamination for apparel.
· Extended Service Life: Offers a significantly longer operational lifespan, often outlasting jointed Teflon belts by more than three times.
· High Tensile Strength: Provides excellent tensile strength and flex fatigue resistance, making it durable and long-lasting.
· Anti-Static Option: Can be manufactured with an anti-static surface for enhanced performance.
